The Public Law Outline is set out in the Family Procedure Rules 2010 (as amended) and Practice Direction 12A.

The DFJ for Manchester is committed to the adoption and implementation of the Public Law Outline (PLO) in Manchester to achieve the aim of proceedings pursuant to Part IV of the Children Act 1989 being completed in accordance with the statutory time limit of 26 weeks.
